Oracle introduced new artificial intelligence (AI) innovations to Oracle Customer Experience Cloud that will help marketing, sales, commerce, and customer service professionals meet the rapidly changing expectations of today’s customers. Oracle made the announcement at its annual Modern Customer Experience conference held in Chicago on April 10-12, 2018.
The AI innovations within Oracle CX Cloud will help customers create experiences that deliver predictable and tangible business results. A year ago, Oracle CEO Mark Hurd identified the increasing trend of AI in the cloud, predicting that 90 percent of all enterprise cloud applications will embed AI capabilities by 2020. This latest announcement supports the connected digital enterprise and makes it clear that Mark Hurd’s predictions are well on their way to being realized.
The new AI-enhanced capabilities to Oracle CX Cloud include the following: New real-time behavioral insights that eliminate data silos and enable customers to build deeper, more profitable customer relationships, through a powerful and scalable loyalty platform that empowers marketers to create more personalized loyalty programs, and ad optimization capabilities that provide consistent customer experiences across browsers and devices.
