Oracle Extends Alliance with the Intercollegiate Tennis Association

Oracle and the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced a multi-year extension to their alliance to promote and support collegiate tennis. Earlier in June, Oracle was named the official title sponsor of the ITA’s Summer Circuit. By expanding the alliance, Oracle now becomes title sponsor to the Division I and Division III National Team Indoor Championships.

Oracle and ITA have extended their alliance to promote collegiate tennis in America.

“Our partnership with ITA has been a great success to date, and we’re eager to keep expanding the game,” said Oracle CEO Mark Hurd. “We want to ensure that young players understand that collegiate tennis offers terrific opportunities to improve their games, play in great venues in a team environment, all while getting an education that will serve them well for the rest of their lives.”

Oracle is now the title sponsor of the following ITA tournaments:

  • The Oracle ITA Masters
  • The Oracle ITA National Fall Championships
  • The Oracle ITA Summer Circuit Powered by UTR
  • The Oracle ITA National Team Indoor Championships (Division I and Division III)
  • Oracle ITA Rankings

The Oracle ITA National Team Indoor Championships take place in February and March. The Division I tournament hosts 16 top men’s and women’s tennis teams from the most competitive division in collegiate sports, while the Division III tournament is played among eight of the top men’s and women’s teams in that division.

The Oracle ITA Summer Circuit will be played through the summer until the championship rounds, which will be hosted at Texas Christian University from August 10-14, 2018. The Oracle ITA Masters will be held at Pepperdine University and the Malibu Racquet Club in Malibu, California, from September 20-23, 2018. The Oracle ITA National Fall Championships will take place from November 7-11, 2018, at the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex in Surprise, Arizona.
