Oracle and San Francisco Giants Agree to Naming Rights Partnership for Stadium

In January 2019, Oracle and the San Francisco Giants announced a 20-year corporate partnership, which includes naming rights to the Giants’ stadium. Oracle Park is now the second Oracle-branded pro sports stadium in the Bay Area; the Golden State Warriors have played in Oracle Arena since 2006.

There’s so much we can do together for the community and for the team.” – Oracle CEO Mark Hurd

Giants CEO Larry Baer touted the technological benefits of the collaboration at the news conference announcing the deal. “We’re in the center of technology. We’re in the center of innovation. To be able to partner with a company in that world really is important,” said Baer. The team is already changing stadium signage to Oracle Park, and Baer expects the work to be largely complete by the Giants’ home opener on April 5.
